  1. hey guys 12 weeks and 5 days I'm starting to look like a physique competitor again I miss the mass but gotta start chipping away at this block sometime. Also new vid is up the link is in my bio. 🔥😈🔥💀🔥😈🔥 Also guys I've got a new program called "12 weeks to a Skullpted physique" let me show you guys how to train like a beast and after brushing up on some old books to help you guys eat the proper deficit or surplus but a tip I can give u guys is your basal metabolic rate can be found by this formula: bmr= 370+(21.6 x lean mass in kilograms) Lean body mass = total body weight - fat Then if you know how many calories you burn from activity you can get a pretty close estimate and determine a surplus or deficit in the proper range so you don't put too much fat in a surplus or lose muscle in a deficit from their you depending on your body type and how well you tolerate carbs you decide how many of those calories should come from each. 1g protein= 4 calories 1 carb= 4 calories 1g fat=9 calories.
