  1. Meal prep Sunday! Kept it pretty simple and light this week but still full of flavor and super healthy. I made oven roasted trout seasoned inside the cavity with fresh dill, thyme, lemons, sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Super simple but same time packed with fresh flavor. This is served with roasted asparagus, a side salad of mix greens, grape tomatoes, and cucumbers. My acting carb source for the meal is an garlic acorn squash mash. Even though an acorn squash is a vegetable it is pretty high in carbs/starches which I like to use sometimes in place of things like rice or potatoes. But they are super good for you pack with vitamins/minerals and really tasty. My post workout meal is just serving of quinoa, super lean seasoned ground turkey and streamed broccoli. These are my meals this week minus my breakfast smoothie, protein shake, and a protein bar throughout rest of the day.
