  1. Went for an hour long walk on my lunch break with a friend which was super nice. We are both fast walkers! Also got in an abs and obliques HIIT workout when I got home. Not my typical legs workout that I do on Mondays but that's okay change doesn't have to be a bad thing 💪🏼
