  1. I didn't get to go to the gym yesterday so I made up for it today! I had a great workout. Started off with a 20 minute elliptical warm up, then I did some rows, curls, butterflies, bench, pull downs and leg presses! Plus I've stayed within my calorie goal over the weekend.
