  1. Tonight I was digging through my dresser grabbing PJ's when I stumbled across this red shirt.❀This red shirt means so so much to me. The shirt reads "run for your dad" πŸ˜‡ and it was the FIRST 5km run I ever did. It was to raise money for the heart and stroke foundations as I lost my dad to a heartattck a few years earlier...the run was also 2 days after the anniversary of his death, so the run truly meant the world to me πŸ˜“ I huffed and puffed. I was dripping sweat and it took what seemed like FOREVER to finish. I remember only being able to run for about 2 minutes before needing to walk and being so winded. My lungs were burning and I mean burning.πŸ”₯πŸ”₯I was nauseous from exhaustion but this day changed my life forever. ❀It felt amazing to run (walk... I walked) and to cross that finish line! πŸ˜†πŸ˜† I was so proud of myself. I told everyone about the 5k I did for my dad! Seeing how proud my daughter was watching her mom cross that finish line.. I'm in tears as I type. What an incredible day. What an incredible man he was, and what an amazing journey life is. My lifestyle is completely different now. Running a 5k is a breeze, and I can kill it. My heart is healthy, and happy! I'm alive ❀ if you haven't started yet, start today! Don't let anyone day go by without putting your health first! A healthy lifestyle is truly a happy lifestyle! Ps... you see πŸ‘€ how big the Red shirt is now!!! Haha boom πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜†#memories #love #alwaysbeadaddysgirl #myjourney #healthyliving #fitmom #fitness #keepmoving #runner #fitlife #weightloss #transformation #weightlossjourney #nonscalevictory

  1. A daughter needs a dad to be the standard against which she will judge all men. I may find my prince 🀴🏽someday but my daddy will always be my king!! πŸ€΄πŸ½πŸ‘‘ It has been 21 long years that cancer took my father away from me. At a young age my dad would tell me things I never understood but now that I'm an adult his words of wisdom make so much sense. He always said Mija "pa pendeja no se estudia!" And my favorite line of his was "Y si el cabron no sirve mΓ‘ndalo a la chingada!" πŸ‘ŒπŸ½ On my darkest days, when I feel inadequate, unloved or unworthy, I remember who's daughter I am and I straighten my πŸ‘‘ πŸ‘ΈπŸ½ ❀️ #MissMyKing #FuckCancer #AlwaysBeADaddysGirl #HeWasCaked #MyDadStayedLitty #MyDaddyRaisedAGoodOne

  1. Release every chain don't be so vain. We all unique in our own way. Every new day is everyone's own special day. SIP to mi Padre, As I continue to watch after mi Madre. I was born into poverty. With a corrupted ass government who's goal was to cause all this diversity. Like jada kiss said why? Yet I choose to lean towards positivity. It's a challenge when it seems like most of the world is against me with such negativity, or in their own words it's just reality. Opposites attract so they say, I replied No way! Can't be the reason I haven't found my match. Or is it because, I don't want to be chased and be considered a catch? #ThoughtsOfTheDay #RestEasyPapi #SeeMeThroughThis #MotherFirst #AlwaysBeADaddysGirl #MySoulAintForEveryone #UnderstandingSelfWorth #DaybyDay #NevermindWhatTheySay
