  1. As requested we have another beautiful Yin workshop for you! ❤ Join Kat for a 2.5 hour yin yoga workshop focusing on releasing stress & resetting the body and the mind. This workshop will provide a brief introduction to the practice of yin yoga, it’s benefits and then will move into a juicy yin practice focusing on the stomach/ spleen meridians helping to release the physical, emotional and mental stress and resistance that we don’t even realise we build up in our bodies and our minds. The class will finish with a full yoga nidra relaxation giving you the opportunity to feel the full effects of your practice and walk out of the studio feeling completely at ease and ready for the week ahead.
