  1. One of my fav workouts. This works the long head of the bicep. Keep the elbows tucked, stretch at the bottoms squeeze at the top and focus on the negative!!! A lot of people think they're going till failure. But I think u haven't gotten till failure till u fail with negatives. If u have a partner have the bring up the weight for u and finish with negatives! At least 3 seconds down. You're tearing down more muscle fibers that way. Give this a try if you're looking to bring up your intensity with any of your bicep workouts! I'm πŸ’― percent about intensity. It's an isolation sport if your a bodybuilder your goal is to fatigue the muscle.
