  1. I'm giving you permission to love yourself right where you're at. You may be working on losing weight, eating healthy, gaining muscle, or just learning to eat a little better...whatever you're working on, be happy with WHO you are while working on what you want to become. I've said it before, and I'll say it over again, being at your goal weight isn't going to magically cure your insecurities. Being a certain jean size doesn't mean you'll suddenly feel confident! If you are in the habit of hating yourself, you'll just find something new to dislike once you hit that goal. • • I've been an athlete, I've been obese. I've had two girls, lost over 75 lbs, and then just had my third baby girl. I know what it is to be obese and miserable. I know what it is to be fit and constantly find something to find fault with. Nothing feels better than where I'm at now. 4 months out from my third baby (2nd c-section) and feeling happy with who I am while I work on becoming stronger, faster, and healthier. So let me encourage you, from someone who has been on both sides, learn to love yourself now. Love those dimples, stretchmarks, loose skin, makeupless face, and crazy hair. Love yourself for the amazing woman you are, not just what you see in the mirror or the number on the scale. 💜 #postpartumjourney

  1. Be kind and do the next right thing, say hi to somebody today, smile, pay it forward by being the best person you can be today and you will have an impact on your own day as well as on others.
