  1. This puts a whole new twist on pizza for breakfast πŸ˜‰. I wish I would've thought of this when my sister was here (I kinda teased her for her plain egg-white omelette every morning πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‰ @em_mae_3 ). . IN IT: half a cup of egg whites to make the "crust", then once cooked through top this pizza with smashed avocado πŸ₯‘ ("sauce"), a sliced whole hard boiled egg 🍳 (yes, I'm still trying to use up my hard boiled eggs...), a few sliced sautΓ©ed peppers 🌢 and zucchini pieces, some chopped roasted sweet potato medallions and a few dots of siracha.
