  1. I ate a big bowl of porridge with an apple plus banana for breakfast. My lunch was a big bowl of vegetable-stir-fry with tofu and a 40gr nuts& cranberry mix. When I arrived home at around 6pm I ate another veggie-stir-fry bowl, a huge baked sweet potato with ketchup(I love this combination:D), a pear, a protein shake, more nuts, a sausage with ketchup, 2 slices of chocolate cake, two donuts with vanillacreme filling ... and then I brushed my teeth. :D I knew that this would end in another binge attack if I wouldn't stop. So today I just "overate" and did not binge..that's a small success I guess.. P.s: I'm from germany, sorry for all my grammar mistakes. Basically my feels after getting back into it yesterday............S.O.R.E I kinda sorta had forgotten how bad ass my training actually is because I have only been training clients via gym and not myself 'via gym' lol. Haven't trained myself in the actual gym in half a year..... so when you have to do the magical shit that you've been training your clients on THEN IT HITS YOU....fuck #IMGOODATWHATIDO and love it so much. My core, my ass, my legs from top to bottom are immaculately sore AF. YAY FOR FITNESS. Yay for WHAT feels like starting over 🤣💪 I'm kidding, I love this feeling..... it reminds me that my hard work is bomb AF....and now off to the gym! Training Shoulders and Arms today 👅 UPYABOIYO day TWO muthas ✌️ Ps.
