  1. Post cardio carbs and protein! Going out for lunch and as it was just a sweaty cardio workout I didn't feel the need to eat as much! Plus not very hungry... which is new as I'm ALWAYS hungry 馃槀 鈥 I'm by no means a 'cardio-bunny' but I really enjoyed this morning. Did a 25-30 min circuit using my body weight (oh and s slam ball) and did 6 exercises one after the other. No rest between exercises! Was good! 1. Single leg step up to reverse Lunge X 12 each leg 2. Ball slams X 15 (using 5kg ball) 3. Bulgarian Split Squats 馃樂 X 12 each leg 4. Side to side steps on Bosu X 10 each side 5. Press Ups X 12 6. Jump Squats X 12 5 rounds. 1 min rest between rounds. Jelly legs! Then did 40 min incline walk on treadmill!
