Where my caterpillars at? ๐Ÿ›Telling myself that my wings are waiting ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ 10.25 miles total today (treadmill workout because the wind was ridiculous). 1.5 mi warm up (@ 8:57) 6 x 1 mi @ GMP - 10 seconds (@ ~7:47), 400m recovery between 1.5 mi cool down This felt comfortable today. Almost made me feel like I didn't push hard enough but it was a good workout. My legs feel strong despite an increase in mileage. Halfway through this workout the only problem was that I was *starving* - anyone else want to eat all the things during training? ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผ Taking the recovery miles nice and easy tomorrow. ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Getting after my highest weekly mileage (and highest monthly mileage) ever during training. #running #training #marathongrind #marathontraining
