  1. You never really see progress when you stare at yourself in the mirror.. I see the same 250lb girl that really hated life and herself for a very long time.. That struggled and still struggle with the one idea of wanting to be thin.. When I'm thin then I'll be pretty.. It's such a stupid concept that dug it's way through into my brain.. I see the girl that starved herself for days. That would only typically eat one meal a day to drop to 160 in a couple months.. But progress is there.. I'm just so blinded that I just can't see it until I make a post such as this to prove to myself that my effort isn't meant for nothing. I fought everything just to be here. I fought through my depression and the people that dragged me down just to prove that I can do it.. My body is a forest..   1. Flex Friday ๐Ÿ“ธ Thanks to all those who answered my question on flex shots last week. Really interesting to hear what people's thoughts are on 'instafit' bodies and how we react. As promised here is my first full body shot, plus one normal one if you swipe right, as no-one walks about with their guns pumped (or do they?!) ๐Ÿค” Our body shape fluctuates constantly. We're off on holiday this evening and I doubt very much I'll return looking like this.   1. FlexFridayโ—๏ธ 2 weeks till my NPC bodybuilding show where I'll be showing what I've worked years for. YES, years b/c this did not just take 12 weeks of dieting/prep to build. I took monthsss lifting heavy &eating more food than my body required to build muscle. I was not shredded then compared to how I look currently, but I was happy making gains. The only reason some of you are recognizing this all now is b/c the diet is revealing my muscles that WERE ALREADY THERE! Its called bodybuilding b/c you literally build your body to how you want. Its a process& it takes time. This isn't new nor built in a matter of 12 weeks.
