  1. Post workout brunch🥑🍳 I had scrambled eggs, bacon, asparagus and avocado. I left the bread because I knew if I ate it my insulin levels would go crazy and I am really trying to keep my hormones balanced with a high fat and protein based diet. A lot of people are very against a 'low carb' diet, but for me it works and I have more energy and feel better than I have in so so long, I don't get cravings and I stay fuller for so much longer without experiencing the crashes I used to get after eating carbs more regularly.
