  1. How was your sleep? My sleep was bad bad bad as I was hungry last night! But I was too lazy to get down making some food to feed my hungry belly! I ended up writing down smoothie recipe I wanted to try for a long time πŸ˜‚. Fell a sleep around 4am and voila I woke up not too early 😁, bad bad bad πŸ˜”. But the good news is I made this Matchamoothie vegetables herbs edition mix with blueberries smoothie. Recipe Matchamoothie : 1 small avocado 1 big rose broccoli 50 gr spinach 5 almond nuts 1cm turmeric 1cm ginger 1/2 chopped lemon grass 1 big mint leafs 3 coriander leafs 1tsp full of matcha organic powder 50ml unsweetened almond milk Recipe blueberries smoothie is easy! Add 1 banana, about 15 blueberries, 1/2 tsp lemon zest blended also in almond milk. On top I've added walnut, chia seeds, broken raspberries, buckwheat flakes, blackberries, frozen pomegranate and 1 sliced lemon (parted 4). As finishing touch I used my Matcha almond paste I've made few days ago. I hope you like it πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’•! Have a good day 😘😘😘.
