  1. These are the three stretches I do everyday after I shower! Living in one of the busiest place that I do, I like to make my workouts and stretches to be quick yet effective as possible. The 10 minute hair-drying stretch seemed perfect since I'm sorta stuck there till it's dry anyways😅 So what I do for lower body is simply stand couple feet away and place my foot up on the wall. The other foot stays grounded, heel on the ground. Lean forward slightly for a nice stretch in your hamstrings and calves. Make sure you breathe during your stretches ; I personally like to do 5-10 deep breaths before I go a little deeper. The body will be more relaxed when you exhale so feel free to exhale when you reach a bit further. If the wall is a bit to much for you, no worries!! Use a stool,chair, or the sink and place your feet there. This helps with tight hip flexors and gradually work your way closer to your elevated leg. Do this with many angles ( legs forward, side, and behind) so you get all the muscles in that beautiful leg. If you are consistent you will reach maximum flexibility results in about 2 months for your lower body. But remember, only stretch your muscles as far as they are willing to go. Flexibility takes time! You should never feel pain as you stretch during or prior to stretching . If you do you might be pushing a bit too much.
