  1. SMASH for 12% more Tricep Meat. Some tricep isolation work from yesterday . Start with the underhand grip first then go to the underhand grip right away . The idea is to start with the harder exercise first which in this case is inherently more difficult because of the grip . What this does is prefatigue the muscle for the easier exercise . Don't change the weight, adjust the tempo or reps to make it tough . I usually start with some closer grip bench first, again to plump blood to the triceps . I was also alternating Bicep & Tricep exercises throughout the workout. More on the way. SAVAGEST TRICEPS THERE IS Cable Tricep Extensions 4 sets x 8 reps (2-0-1-0) A1. Reverse Grip L/R - no rest - perform a2 immediately A2.
