  1. Do you cook separate meals for your son? What do you cook for him? These are probably two of the most common questions I get asked by moms wanting to change their lifestyle. The answer is yes, BUT please don't think I'm that perfect superhero mom that cooks dinner every single night. He does get the occasional drive thru at Zaxby's or Chik-fil-A. The nights I do cook for him, I prefer it to be as quick as possible without heating up processed foods. Here's a GO-TO of mine. Lean ground beaf sliders seasoned with #FlavorGod everything seasoning. Total prep time 9️⃣ minutes ladies!! It's nothing fancy, but it's also not processed. I purchased 1lb of the hamburger meat. The remaining meat will be used tomorrow for spaghetti.
