@mikhailquijano 1 0 23-07-2017 mikhailquijano Tried to push myself really hard this week by getting back into Muay Thai and committing to a 6-day routine: Muay Thai on Monday and Friday, Calisthenics on Tuesday and Saturday, and Fencing on Wednesday and Sunday. Wanted to see how my body would cope (despite a busy work schedule as well)—and this vid shows me losing my form and force at last Friday's last round of mitts. In the end, though guess I really enjoy looking like a fool and embarrassing myself while training with coaches—mostly because it allows me to pinpoint which things I need to work on. I'm turning 32 in two weeks, and if there's one thing I learned, it's that I've come to find an important sense of self in sports and fitness. My whole body's aching like crazy, but I didn't think I could do these 6 days. And it's these #gains (LOL) that go beyond physicality that has me pretty stoked.
