  1. Today I went to the gym to lift legs and shoulders. The entire time I was doing leg exercises my mind was saying I don't want to do this. But I did it anyway because #goals. Yes, I love to be at the gym and to lift weights.   1. I started a new workout routine this week and today was Plyo & Legs.
