  1. Do you warm up properly before your #workout? Here's my 10 minute warm up from #22minutehardcorps Start with 30 seconds of running in place and 30 seconds of A skips. Then, start each "cycle" with a 6 count of jogging followed by an active stretching move. 3 Rounds in each cycle on both sides.
