  1. This is THE best meal for a poorly tum. I often get very bloated and sick when my gluten intolerance flares up, and this is the perfect recipe to calm it down. 🌽🥕🍚 Simply boil some brown rice and add some frozen veggies and there you have it! Not the most exciting meal, but it's certainly beneficial - no nasty additives or sugar or dairy, (which can aggravate an upset stomach...) Brown rice is extremely beneficial as the bran and the germ haven't been removed in order to make it white. The outer hull is where all the nutrients are and therefore if you eat white rice, you're not getting the nutritional value that you would get from eating brown! It's also full of Fiber and Selenium, which is a huge plus. (Personally...   1. It's 5:30 am right and my 5th day this week going to my 6 am class 🙌. I have really enjoyed getting up (ok not the getting up part) and working out before any of my family is awake.
