  1. Had a nice back workout today and decided to end it with 4 sets 15 reps of deadlifts and pull-ups. πŸ”ΈI always love to end my workouts with something that involves either a superset or high repetition or even both sometimes. This helps give your muscles a nice ending pump.

  1. Most days I doubt myself in what I can do & I'm quick to deny what I've actually done. Then I bump into old progress videos or pics & I shut myself up 🀐 real quick πŸ˜†. Hardest thing for me to do is pat myself on the back and say, "job well done girl!"
