PAN FRANCÉS! 😋 . . • 1/2 Taza de leche de almendras/coco • 4 claras de huevo • 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco • canela • pan ezekiel o integral • stevia • fresas • nueces • ✔️ . 1️⃣ Agregar en un bowl las claras de huevo y el aceite de coco, batir a mano con un globito. 2️⃣ Agregar 1/2 Taza de leche de almendras y continuar batiendo. 3️⃣ Agregar canela y 1 sobre de stevia. 4️⃣ Remojar el pan ezekiel en la mezcla y colocarlo en un sartén a fuego bajo con 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco. 5️⃣ Retirar cuando se haga una costrita en las orillas. 6️⃣ De topping agregué fresas y nueces (proteína vegetal)✔️ . 〰Pero puedes agregar cualquier otra fruta o proteína vegetal〰😉 . These came out delicious. Soft , fluffy, and full of nutrition !! I baked these with my kids and they loved them !! I've experimented a bit with this recipe and you can sub protein powder with more flour or use different add-ins. I use chocolate chips Bc who doesn't love chocolate chips?!? Find the recipe below and a tag your friend or gym buddy to enjoy with you ! Healthy Chocolate Chip Pronuts Batter: 3/4 c oat flour 2 scoops @growingnaturals original pea protein powder 3 T coconut sugar @madhavasweet 4 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/4 tsp salt (optional) 1/4c + 2 T melted coconut oil 1 egg or flax egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 c unsweetened cashew milk 1/3-1/2c mini chocolate chips Chocolate Icing : 1/2 c melted organic dark chocolate chips Powdered sugar : just dip and roll around in powdered sugar ! Simple. Preheat donut maker. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. All wet in another and combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into a ziploc or piping bag and distribute into donut maker. Bake 3-5 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack. Once cool dip too into icing of choice. If you like you can just use some frosting and sprinkles on top or crushed nuts. Enjoy !!   1. GOOD MORNING 🌺🌹 Silk yogurt on a bagel. 🤔 Yeah, I knocked it til I tried it too. It was amazing. Much better than the dairy free cream cheese I've tried 😷 Topped with love (bc strawberries were on sale at Kroger for $1.25), coconut shreds, chia seeds, and some granola. #thetaste 🌺💓🍓
