  1. SEATED ROW - BACK EXERCISE This is a great exercise to work the muscles of the upper back and arms. On a cable machine place it bottom of chest height and sit far enough away so you can get full range of motion. Notice the speed difference compared to my contraction phase against the eccentric. In fast, pause and slowly return to the start. As you pull in squeeze the shoulder blades together and stick the chest out to really feel it in the back. FOR CLEARING OUT STUCK ENERGY: This can be done whenever you need to get your energy up and clear out anything that might be stuck without sending your nervous system into a tizzy. 4 moves 1.Start by releasing stuck energy with a light bounce/jog/shake 2.Reach the right arm up and pull down to a small squat 3.Fast punches in the center to knock out any lingering doubt that you can't create an energetic life 4.Reach the left arm up and pull down to a gentle squat You can repeat the release move at the end. Do this for the length of one song. About 4 minutes. Then go and enjoy the rest of your day. You just cleared out some stuff and should feel lighter and your heart more available.
