  1. Back and biceps workout smashed on friday after I finished work. Amazing session spend 40 minutes hitting back as heavy as i could with good formβœ‹ (super important to keep your form as perfevt as possible tltp avoid injure and really activatethose muscles properly!!) Followed by a 30 minute bicep session (they were already BURNING from my back session as bicrps are your assisted muscle mostly used followed by back when training your back) but i pushed through to get that strong pump on and trained until failure!!! Weak as water and no joke i could not shake my protein shake because my arms were like hell no i cant even move let alone do thatπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ someone else had to shake my shakeπŸ˜‚ and then i fuelled up after my session with...... 2 slices of gluten free toast, 2 eggs scrambled & smoked samon 😍 getting all those proteins!   1. Successful leg day today! Seeing so much improvement. I started training them twice a week and hitting calves everyday lol. 😊

  1. Again, spicing up my meals! Tonight I marinaded my 100g lean steak in Worcestershire sauce, garlic and chilli before chucking on the BBQ with some coconut oil and thinly sliced orange and purple sweet potato.
