  1. I feel the push. I feel the shift. I feel the change coming. Times are uncertain and times are uneasy. Typically, this would become a time of great anxiety and fear for me. I would spin my wheels trying to figure out the next steps and implement a hundred different ways to make each thing happen. I actually caught myself starting to do this yesterday before I reminded myself to SURRENDER. Not quit. Not give up. Surrender. Surrender to the unknown. Surrender to the unseen. Surrender to God/Source/Universe (whatever you connect to) knowing your plan is unfolding exactly as it should. That every tear you cry and the pain you feel has a purpose. That setbacks are setups for your best future if we'd only stop fighting what life presents us. Face the music. Trust the process. Believe. Surrender. I learned how, so can you.   1. Small victories. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Today was the FIRST time I could walk without pain the day after my 30-min Total Body Cardio workout. And I pushed HARD in that workout last night. I was expecting to be incredibly sore and moving very slowly (like I've been every other 'day after'), but I wasn't. I felt/feel great!! The transformation is beginning. My body is getting stronger. It's so good to FEEL progress. Even if it's small progress. One day at a time. Celebrating victories along the way. If I can do this, you can do this!! πŸ’™ #transformationtuesday
