  1. To optimise your health you need a healthy gut. Your gut is super important to your health and your gut contains 75% of your immune system. The reason many people get into issues with their health is they don't look after the gut. Overeating processed foods and not eating enough natural foods sources. Also rotating your foods as well so as the body doesn't get bored with the same foods and the enzymes in the stomach over regulate and end up going on strike from over working. One of the easiest ways to look after your gut is exactly as stated above but also to remove any problem foods. Remove the foods that cause you issues. Now it doesn't mean you have to remove them forever as you can repair the gut. I have avoided cheese and gluten for 15 months and recently I have added it back into my diet and my stomach is fine.
