  1. Enjoying a late cooked breakfast after a double workout Monday morning (some people call it brunch but it feels weird having brunch on a Monday 🤔😂). Just a simple avo smash on toasted granary with poached eggs, roasted tomato, spring onions and some fresh herbs 🌿 after 2.5k swim at the commie masters and a 10k couple of laps round sunny Arthur's seat I was so needing this! Remember guys, breakfast IS the most important meal of the day.
