Kneeling variations provide you with better core control and more range of motion through the shoulders.   1. The "wedding corner" ... Neatly organized, so I HAD to take a pic! So I told you that I'm planning my #wedding but did I mention that we're also MOVING?! Whoa. I know. We are preparing for an #inspection of our apartment this week so we've been working non-stop to get this place in shape! And because I don't have enough to do, I'm also packing for a vacation this week (think early #Tuesday morning and technically it is actually #early #Monday morning. Yes, I have to work a full day today, too.) Think I'm #crazy yet? I'm currently taking suggestions on how to add more stress in my life as I do not seem to have enough going on 😜
