  1. Realized I never put any tips on my Instagram so I'm gonna give you guys 10 tips spread over my next 10 posts Tip #1 Your diet. It's easy to think that you eat a lot when your bulking or your eating the right foods and proportions while cutting but the truth is most of the time you aren't. I found what works for my body which is low carbs in the morning and then heavy carbs around my workout and finally moderate carbs at night. My genetics allow me to bulk while still keep my abs. The simple science of bulking or cutting is calorie deficit or calorie surplus. If your bulking and your ignoring your hunger pains mid day waiting for lunch, your not gonna see the growth on the scale you would like to see. Same with cutting weight. If your sneaking in meals late at night, especially carb heavy meals, don't expect to loose weight. Do yourself a favor and get a food scale. Calculate your macros and micros.
