  1. S T U D Y F U E L it's so important to FUEL your brain in order to be able to take in the information you're studying. My favourite is this high protein salad packed with black beans, chickpeas, kidney beans, brown rice and tuna! YUM!

  1. Edamame noodles, avocado, cabbage, and carrots πŸ˜‹πŸ₯•πŸ₯‘ I'm so glad cabbage was on sale for saint patricks days! I had about 4 time more cabbage than is pictured πŸ™ˆ I eat full plates of boiled/steamed cabbage because it's so good. So glad I tried it a while back!
