  1. Sichuan mapo tofu- This is odd result. Yes I added too much chilli oil and I had only one pack of tofu. It would have been better if I added less chilli oil and more tofu. But result was pretty good considering it is my first trial. But problem is these. I cooked it authentic Sichuan style with sichuan peppercorn. It is not hot or spicy. Thai chilli is hot but Szechuan peppercorn is not . It gives me electric sting on my tongue so I can not feel any taste. Very odd experience..
