  1. This is similar to last weeks tricep exercise but this time with dumbbells. A different variation . Take low weight dumbbells and keeping elbow in place, hinge them and squeeze on the way up! After 12, I did 12 single arm to burn it out! I did this set 5X!! Really focus on trying to keep elbows as narrow as possible! You will see in the second angle, I was getting fatigued and so my elbows were beginning to flare!! THATS A NO NO!   1. Honestly - it's been challenging for me to get back into routine after Easter so into the archives again for Workout Wednesday! I added a little extra weight behind my knee for side lifts, courtesy lunges and some ice skating πŸ˜πŸ‘. The boogie at the end is my extra cardio πŸ˜‚.

  1. Me and my crazy hair today after my particularly challenging work out ✨I felt so good after putting in the time this morning to work my lovely body. We spend so much time taking care of other people we often forget to take care of ourselves, but really, if you have 30 minutes a day, you have enough time to take care of your body!!
