  1. Try this cat pose with same side arm grabbing ankle behind the back. The higher you lift, it creates more of a stretch. You'll be using your core to keep balanced and I felt my chest open more. Too often we rush through activities... and take our bodies for granted. You only need a few minutes to stretch or a 10 minute yoga session to help prevent injuries. What hip stretch helps you?🤔

  1. Get lifted😉 - boat pose variation with one foot on floor and one leg lifted.😄 Pose strengthens the abs, core body strength and legs. Best part... it helps improve balance, focus and concentration💛. I'm constantly juggling things and running around non stop so I'll take the boost! There are so many benefits.
