  1. M A Y B E - O N E - D A Y - I' L L .....float into a free standing handstand that turns into scorpion....blah blah. β € β € MAYBE I WON'T. β € β € AND THAT's OKAY. I believe that yoga is what we need it to be when we need it. β € β € I also think taking new challenges and pushing beyond your boundaries and fears is healthy {if ego isn't behind it or taking an impressive pic for IG}. β € β € I believe that it/we shift from year to year, day to day, decade to decade and so does our view and yoga practice. β € β € I believe that we will all realize that yoga IS NOT about the acrobatics we can achieve, becoming a contortionist, comparison of our physical practice/appearance to someone else or that it's just another workout. β € β € HOWEVER, at this time in my life, I believe there is room for ALL. I don't judge what others do. There is beauty in the human body and it's okay to share what you can do with it. β € β € MIND YOUR OWN MAT I always say. β € β € THERE WAS A TIME when I used it as another workout and a good stretch for my overworked muscles.β € β € I'd compete with other yogis in the room and worry if I'd fall over and knock one down, but did it anyway. β € β € I flung across the room attempting a pose, rolled out of a headstand I wasn't ready for, judged others and pushed beyond my limits with injury.β € β € WHAT I KNOW is that yoga to me has been significantly healing in my life. Healing to the level that I wanted to share it with anyone & everyone who would listen. β € β € BECAUSE I KNOW there's a better way of life that doesn't include anxiety, panic attacks, self judgement and criticism, pushing yourself til you harm yourself, or being stressed all the time. β € β € πŸ‘‰πŸ»WHAT DO YOU THINK?
